The Title Plan accompanies the title register as the other main document of title. The Title Plan shows an outline of the property and its location in relation to local properties and North. It may also contain 'T' markings to show the location of fences. Party walls may also be highlighted.

The Title Plan may contain coloured markings referred to in the Title Register for rights of way and boundary lines. It is recommended that a Title Plan is purchased in conjunction with the properties Title Register as both documents refer to one another.
